Ganesh has extensive education in yoga and meditation with over 20 years of experience in this field. He has also done in-depth research on the same enabling him to help and heal people from all walks of life to enjoy and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Since the last 15 years he has specialized in various research postures in yoga with about 120 different yoga asanas, which are not commonly known and practiced around the world. This detailed research has empowered him to teach various healing techniques. Ganesh has been conducting group yoga and meditation classes since the last 15 years. This is one of his key strengths. He tailors his classes on a daily basis with new techniques every day. Seventy percent of these techniques are from his own research.
